I dont even have a topic or anything, I'm thinking about it as I type it in, it will end soon, I can tell :)
Anyways, just wanted to say hi and.... I'm off :)
Wow, okay, when I was a little boy I saw this movie once, over the years I understand all the culture references to it but I haven't seen it since.
Last week, in the Vancouver Cineplex digital festival they screened it and I was lucky enough to be invited by a dear friend of mine to watch it. So.. I watched it in digital form, on the big screen.
It was a great joy to watch it, I forgot how much fun this movie is. Really, I laughed out loud many times and enjoyed it all, the FX still hold up and the humor, wow, really I forgot how funny thins movie is. It was great times :)
Hi, long time :)
A week ago I stumbled upon a movie, like the title said, well, thats the movie: Asterix and Obelix: Mansion of the Gods
As a kid, Asterix was the only comic I have ever read! I loved the characters and stories, it was a fun comic to read.
Seeing this movie was an amazing experience, I think the director had a great love for this comic as its exactly as I always saw it, the animation is just amazing and true to the books, the look is awesome and really just one well constructed movie, really a joy.
I watched it in English dubbing, which helped alot and I enjoyed every sec of it.
Its on Nenflix, enjoy !
I still remember how much fun it was to see this film in the theater and enjoy the the color, yes, the color, for me, that was the thing that caught my eye. Seeing it now, years after I still think that it was shoot with great grace, I think.
I found myself laughing out load and remembering the 1st time I saw Cameron Diaz, yup, she is a pretty woman, no doubt.
There were a few shots/sequences I totally forgot and when they showed up I totally went all "Ohh... yeah, I loved that part" I really did, I think it always left a fun notion and just an easy to go with movie that is good for many types of moods.
Hi, been a while since I last post anything.
Lately, I have been watching an old TV show on Netflix, I have been watching "3rd rock from the sun", a sitcom about 4 aliens who come to earth to study the human race.
The funny thing about them is that everything is new and there is a reasoning for them to be narcotic idiots. The reason I don't like many shows is because of that, the characters are narcotic morons who do stupid things, I just find this not funny nor interesting, however, in this show, since they are aliens who knows nothing about human emotions, it works great, I recommend this show to all, its funny and amazing theater acting by all actors there.
Long time since I have been here, today I want to say, I love having a windows phone.
And it's probably not because of what you think which will be that they work great, cause they do its because of the lack of apps.
Now, don't get me wrong more and more developers are going windows phone and there are many (tons) apps by now, but at 1st when I just got it, the store was empty and in a way, I got used to not looking for things in the store, now, I love it!
I love that I don't feel the need to look for new apps and I love that I don't get addicted to searching, installing, uninstalling and looking for new things, I love it simple with the functionality that it has and that I'm not with my phone in my hands all the time cause I need to break a new record in a game or look in someone else's pictures.
I'm free and I"m loving it :)
Well, not sure what I'll write here, one thing is for sure... this will not be too busy... ;)
